How to order
Welcome to the Noo Designs website! To purchase a product on our site, simply click on the SHOP heading at the top of the home page. You can then choose the category you would like to shop and browse our products. When you find what you want add it to your cart and when you have finished shopping choose ‘checkout’ to finalise your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
You are free to cancel or revise your order any time before it is posted to you. If you would like to make a change you should contact us immediately by email.

We make payment easy with many options to choose from:

Credit card
The fastest and easiest way to pay is with a credit card. You can feel secure when paying by credit card over the internet knowing that Noo Designs processes your payment through a secure payment processor which uses 128bit SSL to ensure your personal data is secure. We never store your credit card details – they are fed straight into the bank secure site for processing.

Bank deposit by electronic funds transfer
You can transfer funds to our bank account online from your bank’s website. Our bank details will be displayed when you choose ‘bank deposit’ when you checkout. Please use your SURNAME as the payee reference.

Bank deposit at a branch
If you prefer, you can visit a branch of the Commonwealth Bank and make a deposit over the counter. You may also be able to do this at other banks, however there may be an additional fee. Our bank details will be displayed when you choose ‘bank deposit’ when you checkout. Please use your SURNAME as the payee reference.

Pricing on our web site is available in Australian Dollars (AUD), United States Dollars (USD) and European Union Euro (EUR).  If the currency does not automatically adjust to your location then choose your currency from the drop down menu in the top left hand corner.

If you are paying with bank deposit then please send your payment to us within seven days of your purchase. If for some reason, you will not be able to make payment in seven days please advise us by email immediately and we will hold your goods for you. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days and we have not heard from you your order will be cancelled.

Delivery rates within Australia are:

Up to 500gm   $8.00

Over 500gm   $10.00

United States< NZ and the European Union is:

AUD$10 flate rate.

For $10.00 you can purchase as many products as you like and it will only cost $10 to have it delivered.

International Delivery to countries other than USA and European Union are automatically calculated based on the weight of your purchase. The delivery cost will show when you go through the checkout stages. You will then be able to proceed with your purchase or cancel it if required.

We use Australia Post to ship goods within Australia and DHL to ship goods internationally. This ensures we can deliver to every corner of the globe.

We understand when you order an item you want it fast so we endeavour to despatch your goods within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. If there is likely to be a delay with your order we will advise you by email. You will always receive an email from us advising you when your goods have been posted. Australia Post or courier delivery times within Australia range from 1-7 business days depending on your location. International delivery times range from 3-10 days depending on your location.

All items available for purchase on our website are in stock ready to post to you, unless stated otherwise. If you cannot add an item to your cart this means that we are temporarily out of stock. We endeavour to keep our records up to date but on rare occasions we may go out of stock of an item. If this happens we will contact you immediately. You can choose to wait for the stock, exchange it for something else or get a full refund.
